Do I Have to Leave My Home or Business During Treatment?

Since Brown Exterminating Co. uses low-toxicity chemicals, you are welcome to stay home during treatment. If we are treating for fleas and spiders, you will be required to leave for 6-8 hours. If we are only treating ants, roaches, termites, mice, and other pests, we can take care of treatment while you relax in your home.

How Do I Ensure That My Pets and Children Are Safe?

Your children will need to leave the property during treatment but can return 6-8 hours after completion. During treatment, it is advised that you put your pets in an untreated room or remove them from the property until all rooms are dry. If you have any fish tanks, please cover them until treatment is complete.
Do the Chemicals You Use Have a Foul Odor?

Brown Exterminating Co. uses low-toxicity chemicals, so there is virtually no odor during and after treatment! The only reminder you need after receiving treatment is that you no longer have pests.
